Philosophy

When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.”

— Paulo Coelho, Brazilian author

Is excelling at your job important to you?

If the answer is yes, ask yourself—what drives you? Is it that you…

● Thrive on being exceptional

● Live by the mantra: Sell more, play more

● Aim for higher earnings or that well-deserved promotion

● Crave bigger opportunities and growth

● Inspire and energize your team

● Love helping others succeed

● Push yourself to exceed expectations every day

● Stay motivated by clear goals and measurable results

● Know the time for self-improvement is now

● Recognize there’s more to mastering management

● Understand true leadership doesn’t come naturally to everyone

If even one of these resonates, imagine what you could achieve by fully embracing your potential. The next step is yours.

Customer Service

Traditionally, customer service is defined as the assistance and advice a company provides to those who buy or use its products or services.

But what if your customer service team could do more? What if they approached work with a completely different mindset?

One of the most relevant quotes today reminds us:

“Customer service isn’t a department; it’s everyone’s responsibility, rooted in the right attitude.”

Changing your attitude means seeing every interaction as an opportunity—to solve a problem, build trust, and create loyalty.

It’s about taking ownership, even when it’s not “your job,” and recognizing that small gestures make a big impact.

It’s a mindset that transforms complaints into solutions, questions into connections, and transactions into lasting relationships.

When your mindset shifts, customer service stops being a task— it becomes a culture.

Sales/Selling

Traditionally, sales is seen as giving something in exchange for money or convincing someone of a product’s value.

But real selling is about so much more. It’s about understanding your client, listening to their needs, and guiding them to the right solution. It’s about building trust, creating value, and forming lasting relationships.

“Successful selling is much more about the client and far less about the person doing the selling.”

When salespeople shift their focus from pitching to connecting, every interaction becomes an opportunity to help, inspire, and grow together.

Sales isn’t about the pitch—it’s about the person you’re serving.

Listen. Understand. Guide.

Build trust. Create value. Form relationships. Successful selling focuses on the client, not the seller.

Leadership

Leadership isn’t just about giving directions—it’s about inspiring, guiding, and growing people.

It’s about coaching, mentoring, training, and delegating with purpose. It’s about helping others reach their        potential while driving collective success.

True leadership is less about authority and more about impact. It’s not a title—it’s “the process of people.”

It’s about creating a culture where ideas are heard, talents are nurtured, and collaboration thrives.

It’s about making decisions that empower others, not just yourself.

It’s about showing empathy, accountability, and resilience in every action.

Leadership transforms challenges into opportunities and visions into results.

Ultimately, it’s a commitment to people first—because when they grow, the organization grows too.

About Marcy

Marcy is a lifelong learner and a firm believer in continual education—not just through the certifications she’s earned and the classes and courses she’s attended, but also through what she calls the WALL Method: Watching and Listening to Learn. You might spot her at an airport, grocery store, or hair salon, quietly observing behaviors and collecting insights that she later integrates into her coaching sessions.

There’s a lot to learn if you know where to look!

For the past 30 years, Marcy has dedicated her career to understanding how people operate in business settings. From office employees to veteran or novice salespeople, from new managers to seasoned leaders, she observes behaviors and transforms them into practical skills that empower individuals and fuel business success.

Her passion for helping people “be better at what they do” stems from a personal discovery: she has a rare Myers-Briggs personality type. From an early age, she recognized her uncommon perspective on people and situations. Later, she learned she belongs to an exclusive group representing only 2% of the population---of which just 1% are women.

Marcy is a natural-born leader, driven by her accomplishments and a commitment to efficiency. Her strategic, logical thinking allows her to focus on the big picture while making decisive plans to achieve her goals, all with confidence and purpose. She approaches challenges with logic-based reasoning, ensuring decisions are grounded in facts, analysis, and outcomes rather than impulses or assumptions—turning clarity and objectivity into powerful tools for leadership and success.

Her former (and favorite) boss used to say, “Why must you always be the voice of reason and logic?” If you knew him, you’d know that was his way of giving a hard-earned compliment!
